My Therapeutic Style and Approach
I am a Masters of Social Work Candidate at Yeshiva University. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years as a Family Advocate and a Service Coordinator where I consulted with community partners to assist and support families. Using an interdisciplinary approach, my goal is to meet each client where they are in life, work towards building a therapeutic relationship that is built on warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I help clients navigate their challenges and obstacles to reach their personal therapeutic goals while providing support, guidance, and compassion.
My technique combines evidence-based treatments such as motivational interviewing, CBT, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness. My areas of interest include providing therapy to individuals that suffer with Anxiety, Depression or Stress. In addition, I provide therapy to individuals that need support with their building their self-esteem, interpersonal skills, relationship issues, family conflict, goal setting and career counseling
